Peppermint Mocha Oatmeal
A warm bowl of coziness with with cacao for antioxidants, oats for fiber, and espresso powder for a pick me up.
  • 1/2cup Old Fashion Oats
  • 1scant cup Water
  • 1tsp Espresso Powder
  • 1tbsp Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
  • 1tsp Honey*or more to taste
  • 1/4tsp Peppermint Extract
  1. Cook the oats with the water in a pan on the stove according to the package directions.
  2. When the oats are almost done stir in the espresso powder and the cacao powder until they dissolve completely.
  3. Remove from oats from the heat. Stir in the honey and peppermint extract. Taste and add more honey if needed.
