Ingredients
  • 1/2 Banana, mashed
  • 1/3cup Old Fashion Oats
  • 1tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1tbsp Cashew Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • pinch Salt(omit if cashew butter is salted)
Toppings
  • 1-2tbsp granola
  • 1/2 Banana, sliced
  • 1Tbsp Cacao Nibs
Instructions
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, mash 1/2 a banana. Then add the oats, chia seeds, a scant 2/3 cup water and salt (if using). Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. Stir in cashew butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Top with granola, banana slices, cacao nibs, or what ever toppings you like. Dark chocolate chips make a great addition.
