Apple Pie Smoothie
  • 1/3cup Old Fashion Oats
  • 2/3cup Water
  • 3tbsp Cashews*I used roasted and lightly salted
  • 1 Apple, roughly chopped
  • 3/4tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4Tsp Ground Nutmeg
  1. Place oats, water and cashews in blender and place in refrigerator overnight.
  2. In the morning, add apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg and blend until smooth.
  3. If you like, warm the Apple Pie Smoothie by placing in a pot over medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes or placing in the microwave for about 1 minute and 15 seconds.
