Apple Pie Smoothie
Old Fashion Oats
*I used roasted and lightly salted
Apple, roughly chopped
Place oats, water and cashews in blender and place in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, add apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg and blend until smooth.
If you like, warm the Apple Pie Smoothie by placing in a pot over medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes or placing in the microwave for about 1 minute and 15 seconds.
